ROSTIO Gel is ideally suited for the removal of rust from objects with a large surface area. Simply apply ROSTIO Gel to large surfaces and completely remove 100% of the rust after one or several work processes. Removes rust deep into the pores. ROSTIO Gel can also be applied overhead.

• Removes 100% of the rust deep into the pores – not a simple converter.

• Gel does not dry / dries only slowly.

Application: 

• Remove dirt and sand from the object.

• The object to be derusted must be free of fat and oil.

• Roughly remove loose rust mechanically as far as possible (angle grinder, wire brush, abrasive paper etc.).

• Apply ROSTIO Gel thickly (3-4 mm) e.g. with a spoon, spatula, brush, etc.

• Use a soft brush to evenly distribute the applied gel.

• The gel will now begin to break down the rust.

• ROSTIO Gel indicator: During the rust-removal process, the gel will change colour from yellow to dark-yellow depending on how advanced the rust-removal progress is.

• Afterwards remove gel with ample water, dry the surface area well and immediately protect from rust development again.

• If the rust is not completely removed after one application, repeat the application until there is no longer any rust.

Suitable for the removal of rust from steel, iron, chrome, stainless steel on cars, bicycles, boats, motorcycles, mopeds, rollers, scooters, tools and lots more. Also suitable as a flash rust remover to remove flash rust. Reliably removes light to heavy rust!
