ROSTIO tank rust remover was specifically developed for rust removal of tanks and removes 100% of the rust within the tanks. Unlike some other products, the rust is not simply transformed, but completely and deeply into the pores removed!
The ROSTIO tank protective emulsion protects the tank from renewed rust infestation after tank rust removal. The tank protective emulsion:
- Passivates the metal after rust removal
- Completely binds the residual water after rinsing the tank
- Leaves a thin protective layer against rust infestation
Delivery includes 500 ml ROSTIO Tank protective emulsion, for post-treatment and anti-rust protection of tanks.
1 liter ROSTIO tank rust remover yields 10 liters tank rust remover, the concentrate only needs to be diluted with 9 liters of hot tap water. A subsequent treatment with the ROSTIO tank protective emulsion protects the tank from renewed rust infestation. Tank rust removal made easy.
The application is very simple:
- Add ROSTIO tank rust remover concentrate to the tank
- Fill up with a max. of 9 liters of warm water
- Shake tank or stir contents
- The rust is now removed. Depending on rusting after a few hours up to overnight
- After application, pour out the tank rust remover and then rinse with clear water
- Pour the tank protective emulsion into the rinsed and undried tank and swivel it out thoroughly
- Drain excess tank protective emulsion and let it drain well
- The tank is now protected against new rust infestation
Made in Germany. 500 ml ROSTIO tank protective emulsion is sufficient for up to 30 liter tanks (incl. spill plates).
