Characteristics: ROSTIO 2 in 1 rust converter and preservation is a reactive (hollow) wax for neutralizing rust on steel with simultaneous preservation for cavities and surfaces. Sprayable and spreadable. Penetrates deep into the rust and neutralizes the corrosion process. Dry, damp, oily and waxed surfaces are wetted and protected with a protective film.
Thanks to its excellent creepability, it is ideally suited for folds, logs, thresholds, door inside and underbody. Moisture is infiltrated and displaced.
Application: Use pressure or suction spray gun with suitable nozzle. Working pressure 4-5 bar. Film thickness: 1 layer 30 – 35 microns dry. Corresponds to 85 g/m2. Consumption: 1 litre/12-15m2. Do not use on hot surfaces. Melting point 100°C. Wash spray mist on painted and chromed surfaces immediately with water. Provide adequate ventilation to allow the product to dry. Drying time approx. 3 hours. Cleaning of appliances with water after use. Storage at 5°C to 35°C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
