ROSTiO rust converter 100 ml with brush rust converter

Rostio Rust Converter is used to remove and stabilize rust on steel. It penetrates deep into the rust to halt the corrosion process by converting iron oxides into a durable, blue-black organometallic compound. A special feature of Rostio Rust Converter is that it doesn't need to be rinsed off, making it suitable for treating cavities.

Before application, the surface should be clean, free of grease, and dry. If possible, loose rust should be roughly removed mechanically beforehand. Rostio Rust Converter should be applied evenly and thinly with a brush or roller. If necessary, it can also be sprayed with a spray gun at a pressure of 3-4 bar and a nozzle size of 1.3-1.5 mm. The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. After a reaction time of 3 hours, the treated surface can be easily refinished with commercially available paints and fillers. Please note, however, that Rostio Rust Converter should not be applied to surfaces above 40°C or in frosty conditions. On painted surfaces, it should be rinsed off with water immediately after application. Store the product in a frost-free place and clean the tools used with water after use.
